The Northern Air & Auto Story
In July 2005, owner-operator Shane Hart opened Northern Air & Auto at 405 Lillooet St. W in Moose Jaw. Having explored mechanics from a young age on his family farm in Brownlee, and instilled with principles of honesty, respect, and hard work by his parents, Shane began a lifetime trajectory of values-based mechanical service that continues to this day. It’s what our reputation is built on, and as we approach 20 years in business it’s still getting stronger.

Our Team
Shane Hart
Owner-Operator
Shane acquired his Journeyman’s certificate in automotive repair from STI (now Sask Polytechnic) in 1986. He started out by working on farm machinery but transitioned to urban vehicles over time. He continues to further his education through TechPro Training.
Hayley Hart
Manager, Marketing & Advertising
Hayley handles Northern Air & Auto’s creative initiatives, marketing, and communications, and assists in making business decisions.
Our team also includes full-time experienced automotive technicians and front office staff.
Community Involvement
As part of our community, Northern Air & Auto supports organizations such as Special Olympics Moose Jaw and the Moose Jaw Humane Society, as well as numerous annual fundraisers. We’ve been anonymously nominated for the BBB Torch Award for Ethics in Business, which we won in 2016, and in 2022 we earned a MJBEX nomination.
